Welcome
Welcome to our happy and successful Christian school
(Reconfirmed as 'OUTSTANDING' by Ofsted in January 2022)
At Parish CE Primary School, our Christian Vision and Values are central to each and every aspect of school life.
With FAITH, HOPE and LOVE for all and in all we do, we trust God to guide both children and adults to reach their full potential in a nurturing and loving environment.
The rainbow we wear with pride each day on our school badge, means so much to us and reminds us not only of our shared past, our present and our hopes for the future, but also of God's promises to us and, in turn, of our 7 Rainbow Promises to the children of Parish. (See our Rainbow Curriculum)
At Parish CE you will find a special and caring school family wherein everyone is valued and where children flourish through both their work and play. We pride ourselves on providing a plethora of amazing opportunties for our children; opportunities to not only exceed their potential academically but also opportunties to experience life in all its fullness, so encouraging our pupils to become wonderful citizens of the future. Our positive, talented and dedicated staff and governors work with our parents, the local church and wider community to dream BIG dreams for our children!
Excitingly, we are also part of a bigger Christian family too - the Liverpool Diocesan Schools Trust. LDST is a family of schools that welcomes young people of all faiths and none, working together to provide an excellent education built on distinctly Christian values.(More information and a link to the Trust website can be found via the 'About Us' section of this webpage).
We are currently partnered with another LDST school in St Helens - St James CE Primary School in Haydock - which allows us to share, collaborate, learn and support both staff and pupils in unique and exciting ways.
I am sure that the information available on the website is helpful to you, but it can not replace seeing things for yourself. Visits to the school are warmly welcomed, please come and see us in action!
Please contact Mrs Clare or Miss Whitehead in the school office (01744 678430) for an appointment so we can show you what is on offer for your family. Additionally, if you would like to speak to the Inclusion Leader/SENCO, please contact Mrs H Moore.
With Blessings
