OUR AWARD WINNING MR THOMAS!!

On Friday 16th June, we were thrilled to announce that Mr Thomas had been selected as a Pearson Teaching Awards Silver Award Winner in the category of 'Lifetime Achievement'. Out of thousands of entries, Mr Thomas is now in the final 56 and will find out if he has won the 'Gold Award' in a star-studded ceremony in London in October. We had kept the news secret from Mr Thomas and so he was shocked and delighted when we held a special assembly for him. Past colleagues and even Mr Thomas's mum all came to celebrate this achievement with him and local press came to cover the story.

 Mr Thomas has been at Parish for 15 years and in that time he has inspired so many people and touched many lives. Mr Thomas sadly retires this Summer but he will always be remembered for simply being the best teacher ever!
