The painting is called 'The Old Guitarist'
I really like the structure of this painting. It uses jagged shapes to represent a person playing the guitar. I also like the colours although they make me feel sombre. He looks quite uncomfortable in this image. Overall I do enjoy this painting.

I like this painting because it is colorful and the girl looks different in the mirror than in reality

http://www.inminds.com/picasso-weeping-woman-1937.jpg. The picture is called the weeping woman. I chosen this picture because I really like the range of colours that have been used. Pablo Picasso chose a blue colour because when you think of sadness you think of the colour blue. The colours made me feel happy and joyful.

Miss Roden wrote:

A fantastic explanation Ryan!

The painting is called 'Three Musicians'
I absolutely love this painting. In this piece of art you can see all the little details Picasso had put into it.You may also notice that he used lots of bright colours which makes it up lifting. If you look at this picture you will see he didn't just draw the outlines of the musicians he used abstract shapes. It inspires me to do more music.
